The new Doom movie is coming out, and while I probably won't see it, it will go into my Netflix queue.
If it does stir up some nostalgia, and you're not in the mood to configure Windows XP to run a DOS game, check out the work the guys at Doomsday HQ have done to port the original Doom to modern machines. You'll need your wad files from your disks (3 1/5" -- remember when games came on those?) to play more than the shareware version.
And if you given up games to walk around all trendy with your iPod, checkout the Doom remixed soundtracks.
I recomend the Ashley Carr remixes. And no, I don't have an iPod. I have a Nomad.
